You will need to arrive in Atlanta by 4 pm on Sunday Aug 1st and leave after 1 pm on Sunday Aug 8th. We will need to know your flight information and that you will be riding the shuttle in advance so we can make arrangements to have right vehicles there to pick every one up. We also can make reservations at the camp for you to come in early and your meals if you wish. The cost of the room will be $30 per person per night and $10 for your breakfast on Monday (this is in addition to your shuttle ride from the airport to camp and return). We do need to know your plans in advance so the camp will know how to plan for your arrival.

The airport shuttle will leave the Atlanta Airport at 6 pm on Sunday for the 2+ hour trip to camp. We will be departing from the island curb at the South Terminal. Go out the doors at the south terminal and cross the street to the island then all the way down the island to the right to the last covered area and wait there. We will pick you up there but we can not park and wait so right at 6 pm we will pull up, load up and away we will go. If you arrive there early there should be people there waiting for us as well. You will need to arrive on your flight no later than 4 pm in order to get your luggage and get to the curb side.
